BLISS Rosé

2025
Château de la Calonnière presents BLISS, its new brand dedicated to canned wine. Enjoy the freshness and indulgence of our 100% Grolleau in a modern format, ready to come along to the beach, on a hike, or to a picnic.

Appelation

Vin de France

Terroir

Anjou Noir. Schist and sandstone soils of the Armorican Massif, bordered by the Layon.

Viticulture

Vines certified organic since 2024, trained using cordon and double Guyot methods, mostly over 30 years old. Mechanical soil work, with flowering fallow land sown to boost biodiversity and soil life. No chemical inputs, following a transition begun in 2021. Hand-harvested with strict sorting in the vineyard.

Winemaking and Ageing

Minimal intervention in the cellar. The pressing is slow and cold, and our alcoholic fermentations take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and authenticity of the fruit.

Vintage

2025 is shaping up to be one of the finest vintages of the decade in the Loire, with the harvest setting a new record for earliness, under particularly favourable conditions. A dry, warm year, marked by two summer heatwaves, almost no mildew pressure, and grapes in excellent condition.

Tasting Notes

BLISS ROSÉ is fruity, lively, round and refreshing, with aromas of strawberries, peaches and white flowers, and a light touch of sweetness. Easy to drink, with its elegant salmon-pink robe, this wine is perfect for everyday enjoyment.

Food & Wine Pairing

Moments simples : Apéritif et plage ensoleillée (si pas de plage disponible, remplacez par une terrasse).
Menu spécial : Ceviche de palourdes aux échalotes et au piment.

Ageing & Serving

Up to 5 years. Serve between 6°C and 8°C.
